The fruit is large in size and spherical in shape, slightly flattened. The bark is yellow-orange in color. The flesh is orange or slightly red with an exquisite taste. Its fruit is of superior quality to the well-known fuyu variety. It is excellent in cold storage. It is considered a very commercial variety. Its fruits are eaten regardless of whether its flesh is firm or soft.
